Monday we got together with our friends for a small birthday party to celebrate Addisyn! We were unsure what the weather was going to do since they were calling for rain in the afternoon but took the chance and headed to the zoo anyways. Luckily it just sprinkled a little towards the end and during our trip home. After we got back Addisyn had one friend spend the night, which is a first since no one has ever spent the night here yet. They sure had a great time together!
We sure have photogenic girls these days...everytime we turned around they were wanting to pose for a picture! Here they are in front of the waterfall entering the African Journey. 
The male lion was sitting right up in the window during this visit...glad there was a THICK sheet of glass in between!
This ostrich is new to the zoo this year and he is sure alot of fun to watch! He wanted SO badly for one of the girls to get close enough so he could get ahold of them!

They played SO well together the entire time! They played playdough, polly pockets, and of course Barbies!!
It was a FUN time for sure!! =)
