Fall fun!

Today we headed to our old backyard....Hamlet Indiana! At our old house there was a Christmas tree farm right across the street and 2 yrs ago they began having a Fall Festival. This year they had an event which also included a car show. So my Dad took over his classic car and Jim's parents had 2 of their cars there too since they just live down the road. It was alot of fun....they had many activities for the kids and we all enjoyed a horse drawn hayride out to the pumpkin patch to get our pumpkins! It was a fun day indeed!!!

Last weekend was their opening of the Fall Fest and they had a Giant pumpkin contest....believe it not this is not the one that won! Here the girls are showing you just how BIG this pumpkin is!

I need one of these at home for time outs!!!!! =)

Addisyn found her pumpkin first

Miss Keira took a little longer!! She would go up to one pumpkin and say "This one" and I would ask her "This is the one you want?" and she'd say "Naaaahhhh", then she'd head to the next pumpkin "This one" and I'd ask her again "This is the one you want?"....."Naaaahhhh" and so on...you get the picture!!!! =) Silly little girl had to go to the back of the pumpkin patch before finding the perfect pumpkin! =)

The girls in front of some of the decorations around the festival. Inside this shed was a man but his head was not on his body but on the table next to him!!!! Eeeewwww! This is a family place so it wasn't gruesome!
