We're moving!!!

Well for those of you who have not heard yet, we have had a VERY busy week!!!! I'll start from the beginning.... Jim and I have wanted to move to Warsaw for awhile now and have kept our eye out for homes for sale but never truly looked too seriously. We decided after the first of this year we would begin a serious search knowing we had plenty of time to find something. We had mentioned last summer to our neighbors that we planned to move in the near future and they told us to let them know when we planned to sell our home because their daughter's family would be interested in it. About 3 weeks ago we came across a home in Warsaw that fit exactly what we've been looking for and in just the right price range. We told our neighbors we had begun our home search and to let us know if they were still interested in possibly buying our home. Their daughter called us that very night and said they were still interested and we set up a time for them to come see the home. In the meantime Jim and I went to see the home in Warsaw and knew right away it was what we wanted but we needed to make sure things were certain with the selling of our home first before pursuing anything on this home. So last Saturday our perspective buyers came to see our home and on Monday night called us and offered us the price we had wanted for the home, then Tuesday evening they came over and we signed the paperwork. Then on Wednesday Jim and I went to Warsaw to put an offer in on the new home and found out Thursday that we got it!! God blessed us with the smooth transactions and we are so grateful!!! Now all the fun begins with inspections, appraisals, and loans!! We close on the homes around the end of March and will begin moving and plan to be in our new home sometime the beginning of April!! We are VERY excited about the move and all the possibilities that are coming with it!!
